What this site is

This site describes K3YHOLD, an AI-coordinated maintenance platform for Arizona property managers, owners, and self-managing landlords, and lets you apply to a closed beta. Access to the product itself is governed by a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt this site, and don't submit forms on someone else's behalf without their consent.

Forward-looking statements

Descriptions of the roadmap and capabilities reflect the product as it stands and our current plans. Beta terms, pricing, and timelines are confirmed on a discovery call before anyone is charged — nothing on this site is a binding offer.
