SMS terms & conditions

These terms govern K3YHOLD Maintenance Coordination Alerts, a text-messaging program operated by K3YHOLD, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Program description

K3YHOLD sends transactional SMS that coordinate residential maintenance work between the people involved in it. Depending on your role, messages include: maintenance request confirmations and status updates for tenants; visit scheduling and confirmation notices; dispatch job sheets for vendors and technicians; approval requests and reminders for property owners when a repair cost needs their decision; heads-up notices before a scheduled phone call; and one-time phone-verification codes during account setup.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program. Every message is tied to an active maintenance workflow or account action you participate in.

How you opt in

Consent is collected inside the K3YHOLD platform — never purchased, never obtained from third parties or lead generators. You opt in by verifying your mobile number in your K3YHOLD portal and affirmatively checking an unchecked consent box, or — for vendors — by providing and verifying your number during Partner Vendor onboarding. The full opt-in experience is documented publicly at k3yhold.com/sms-opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from K3YHOLD.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with maintenance activity. As a guide: a typical tenant maintenance request produces 2–6 messages over the life of the job; an owner with a pending approval may receive 1–3 messages per approval; a vendor with an active booking may receive 1–4 messages per job.

Cost

K3YHOLD does not charge for SMS. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any K3YHOLD message. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After you text STOP, we send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; after that you will receive no further SMS from us. You can also withdraw consent any time in your portal settings. If you opt out, you'll continue to receive workflow notifications by email and in-app. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Supported carriers & delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The program is intended for users 18 years of age or older, or the account holder of the mobile number enrolled.

Privacy

Phone numbers and messaging consent are handled as described in our privacy policy. Mobile information is never shared with, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms as the program evolves; the current version always lives at this URL.
