SYNDIC8 explores how development, operations, maintenance, residents and ownership can work from a connected property record. Its DPP uses fictional records and simulated workflows to test where evidence belongs, who can act, and what each role needs to see.

We’re looking for design partners to help finalize SYNDIC8’s product design and flow: how teams find a property record, hand work to another role, and stay informed as a case moves forward.

How evaluation access works

Request access
Tell us about your company, your interests and who referred you. We review standard requests before sending a sign-in link. A networking QR invitation can approve access after email verification.

Explore and share feedback
Your first 48-hour period starts when you enter. Complete a short survey to unlock another 48 hours, then a second survey for a third 48-hour period.

Discuss a design partnership
After the final survey, submit the Design Partner request form. We review fit, priorities and next steps together; evaluation access is the starting point.
HOM3 and SYNDIC8 have separate access approvals. Evaluation activity can be saved to a shared company workspace. Use fictional information while exploring.
