Who we are

The AI Opportunity Assessment

The assessment asks about how your business operates — for example its type and size, where your team's time goes, the systems you use and how sensitive your data is. It does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. One optional free-text question asks about your biggest bottleneck; please don't include personal details in it.

Your answers stay in your browser until you ask for your brief. They are then sent to our server, used to generate the brief, and discarded. We don't store them in a database, write them to our logs, or send them to analytics.

If an AI model is used to write your brief, your answers (not your identity) are sent to that model provider for that one request, under the provider's terms. When no model is available, the brief is prepared by our own analysis engine.

If you choose “Discuss this brief”, a copy of the brief is kept in your browser's session storage (not on our servers) so you can attach it to a message. Closing the tab clears it.

Contact messages

If you send a message, we receive the name, email address, optional organization and role, your message, and — only if you tick the box — a summary of your assessment brief. It is delivered to our team by email and used only to reply to you. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't collect phone numbers through this website.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how the site is used. Cookieless analytics counts page views and sets no cookies. An analytics service that uses cookies records only after you accept analytics cookies, and you can decline — declining does not change how the site works for you.

Analytics events never contain your assessment answers or the contents of a message you send us.

Service providers

Contact messages are delivered to us by Resend, a transactional email provider. The platform's text messages and AI voice calls are delivered through Twilio. Website analytics are described above; measurement that sets cookies is provided by Google Analytics, and the cookieless page-view and performance measurement by Vercel, which also hosts this site.

An AI model provider may process assessment answers for the single request that writes your brief, as described above. Each provider carries its own data-handling commitments, and we will name the current one on request.

Some recordings of our AI's calls play from our YouTube channel. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's privacy-enhanced player loads, may store data in your browser, and Google's privacy policy covers that viewing.

You can ask us what we hold about you from a contact message, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@k3yhold.com.

Text messages

The MaintenanceTech platform operates a transactional text-messaging program — MaintenanceTech Maintenance Coordination Alerts — that coordinates maintenance work between tenants, property managers, owners and vendors: visit confirmations, dispatch job sheets, approval requests and verification codes.

For that program we collect the mobile number you verify, your consent record (the timestamp and the exact consent text you agreed to), and message delivery metadata. We use this solely to send the workflow messages you opted into and to honor your opt-out.

Mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS consent — will not be shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile phone numbers are disclosed only to our messaging service provider solely to transmit the messages you have requested, and that provider is prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or from your portal settings; reply HELP or email hello@k3yhold.com for assistance. The full program terms are at /sms-terms and the opt-in experience is documented at /sms-opt-in.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website, the AI Opportunity Assessment and the text-messaging program described above. Personal data handled inside the MaintenanceTech products themselves — the tenant, owner, owner-operator and property-manager apps — is governed by the agreement under which your organization uses them, and we will provide that on request.
