Privacy policy

This is a pre-launch boilerplate policy that will be reviewed by counsel before our first paid engagement. It reflects how K3YHOLD intends to operate today.

What this site collects

When you submit the beta-application or investor form, we store the details you provide — your name, email, and any optional context such as company, role, portfolio size, or notes. That's the only personal data this marketing site collects.

How we use it

We use your submission solely to follow up with you about K3YHOLD. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except the email provider that delivers your message to us.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses two measurement tools, and one of them sets cookies.

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_<id>) containing a randomly generated identifier, so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one and see which pages people actually read. We have switched off Google’s advertising features: no ad storage, no ad personalisation, and no sharing of your data for advertising. We do not run ads, and we do not use this data to build a profile about you as an individual or to follow you across other sites.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count aggregate page views and page-performance metrics (such as load speed). These are cookieless — no cookie, no persistent identifier, no profile.

If you would rather not be measured at all, every major browser can block these cookies, and Google publishes an official opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not change how the site works.

SMS / mobile information

The K3YHOLD platform operates a transactional text-messaging program —K3YHOLD Maintenance Coordination Alerts — that coordinates maintenance work between tenants, property managers, owners, and vendors (visit confirmations, dispatch job sheets, approval requests, verification codes). For that program we collect: the mobile number you verify, your consent record (timestamp and the exact consent text you agreed to), and message delivery metadata. We use this information solely to send the workflow messages you opted into and to honor your opt-out.

Mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS consent — will not be shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile phone numbers are disclosed only to our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely to transmit the messages you have requested, and that provider is prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or from your portal settings; reply HELP or email info@r3plic8.com for assistance.

Subprocessors

Form submissions are delivered to us through Resend, a transactional email provider, and stored in our own database for follow-up. The platform's SMS and voice are delivered through Twilio. Each carries its own data handling commitments.

Your choices

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, anything you've submitted at any time by emailing info@r3plic8.com.
