How SMS opt-in works
Our consent screens live inside an authenticated portal, so this page documents the complete opt-in experience publicly, for carrier and campaign review.
01
The consent control
Everywhere we collect SMS consent, the same rules apply: the consent checkbox is unchecked by default, it is not required to complete the surrounding form, and the disclosure below appears directly beside it.
Links to the SMS terms and privacy notice appear directly below the form. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and the exact consent-text version, and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP or from portal settings.
I agree to receive text messages from K3YHOLD about maintenance visits, scheduling, job assignments, and approval requests at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
02
1. Tenant portal — phone verification during onboarding
A tenant adds their mobile number in the tenant portal, receives a one-time 6-digit verification code by SMS, enters it to prove possession of the number, and separately checks the consent box to authorize ongoing transactional messages about their maintenance requests.
03
2. Owner / owner-operator portal — phone verification
Property owners verify their number the same way in the owner portal, with the same unchecked consent box, authorizing approval requests and reminders about their own properties.
04
3. Property manager onboarding
Property-manager staff verify their number during workspace onboarding, with the same consent control, authorizing operational notifications — for example a callback request from the voice agent.
05
4. Partner Vendor onboarding
Vendors join the Partner Vendor program through a one-page agreement with the property manager's operator — vendors have no app and no login, by design. During onboarding the vendor provides their dispatch number, receives a one-time verification code, and the operator records the vendor's signed agreement, which contains the same consent language authorizing job-sheet and booking texts.
A vendor can revoke at any time by replying STOP or by telling any caller "stop calling me" — both are honored platform-wide.
06
There are no other paths
Consent is never obtained from third parties or lead generators.
